What an absolute disgrace that aged care facilities have been and continue to propigate such disgraceful neglect. I totally agree with Gerry Robinson that people have to come before profit at all costs. The sad reality is that such neglect is not in isolation!!! We need more “Gerry Robinsons” at a global level to advocate and insist that the population of ageing residents in such facilites are provided with the opportunity to live out the rest of their life with dignity, respite and inclusion.
